Chocolate cake

As I promised during our last Kalbis E-club, here is the recipe of the best chocolate cake you have ever had:

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of butter
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 200 g of good quality chocolate (not less than 60% of cacao)
  • 2 spoons of flour
  • 5 eggs
First of all we cut butter into pieces and put it into the microwave together with the chocolate. When butter and chocolate is melted we mix it with sugar, eggs, and flour. Once again we mix the paste and put it into a baking tray. Then set the temperature between 190 degrees and 200 degrees C, and put the baking tray into the oven for 30 minutes. After baking let the cake to cool, then cover it with some cacao or powdered sugar and put it into fridge for two hours. That's it! Now you can enjoy the best chocolate cake in your life.
